Marikina City Public Library a closer look at marketing

Public libraries are finding constant ways to provide better services despite lack of funds. One way of achieving this is through marketing. This study aims to assess the marketing strategies of Marikina City Public Library in terms of library current services and levels of customer satisfaction.
