A study on the alcoholic fermentation of coconut milk

The possibility of fermenting coconut milk into an alcoholic beverage similar to the fermented wine from cow's milk in Japan was investigated in this study. Also, instructional materials that can be used in the teaching of a secondary Chemistry course are presented in this paper.
