Proposed content for sex education in the primary grades in the Division of Ilocos Norte

This paper proposed a curriculum context for sex education for pupils in the primary grades in the Division of Ilocos Norte. This study will make sex education commensurate with the pupils' increasing needs, interests and ability to benefit from such education.
