The researchers used both qualitative and quantitative methods, by conducting surveys and personal interviews, to resolve the objectives of the study. The research concluded that KP trainings helped the lupon members in performing their functions through acquired learnings and skills. The skills gained in the training were applied in mediation and conciliation, increasing the proportion of the resolved cases of the respondent barangays. The trainings boosted the lupon members' morale and confidence in handling dispute cases
