The analysis aided in the determination of problem areas. A SWOT analysis was then performed, and after evaluating the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats across each other, a general idea of what had to be done was determined. To increase sales, the acquisition of a sales outfit was studied. A Net Present Value of PHP 3,818,568 was computed using a MARR of 20% over a five-year period. This measure proves that it would be profitable for the company to invest in the sales outfit. In the improvement of the inventory planning of the company, a Q-system for the company's inventory will reduce costs by 27.16% or PHP 905,188 and would support in achieving its goal of having low cost operations. Reducing waste and by maximizing the number of rolls of tape that could be produced from one jumbo roll can be achieved by creating additional racks By investing in the construction of the racks, an additional annual revenue of PHP 1,235,520 could be realized. Lastly, for environmental sustainability, it is recommended that the company invest in a new waste water treatment facility. This would not only comply with local ordinances but also reduces negative impacts on the environment.
