<subfield code="a">A feasibility study was conducted for the establishment of Access to Information Delivery and Retrieval (AIDER). AIDER acts as a host to other companies to speed up information transfer through text messaging, providing a link between the mobile user and the corporate database for which only allowable information may be accessed. The Marketing Analysis focuses on the plausibility of being accepted in an environment that has yet to recognize that text messaging can improve operations concerning tracking on sales, inventory, and placement. Furthermore, increased customer service, involvement, and satisfaction may be attained. Examples of business and establishments that may incorporate text messaging are (1) Schools and Universities - for suspension of classes exam schedules, academic calendar, courses offered and schedule, (2) Fast food - accumulated sales update for the day of a type or type of products covering all branches in the country, (3) Bookstores - availability of books and prices, current promotions, membership status, (4) Product Distributors - sales update for internal purposes, raffles for every product purchased, current promotions, and (5) Real Estate - for inquiries on availability of properties, schedule on manpower deployment, to name a few applications. An aggressive Marketing team of AIDER will handle the personal selling, demonstration, and promotions of the service at zero-investment cost (Software installation and user training) on the part of the client company. The Technical Analysis elucidates the operations of AIDER where a software serves as a gateway for all inquiries made by the mobile user. These inquiries are sent to AIDER?s system through the help of Telephone Companies (Globe, Smart). AIDER signals a program to search for the result following the virtual path led by the keyword and its syntax and returns this result to the mobile user. For inquiries that are not for public information where there is access to corporate databases, firewalls protect against unauthorized virtual paths. Internet connection provides accessibility to posting information and linking AIDER with company databases regardless of location. The Financial Analysis handles the determination of the overall costs to resolve when a return on investment will be realized, as well as the profit and revenue projections for the next five years. The text messaging traffic is the determinant of the company's gains, which will be a profit sharing agreement between the Telephone Companies and AIDER. The Socio-Profitability Analysis shows the environmental and social benefits that may be contributed by AIDER, considering that it promotes a paperless society, and hastens information transfer for operations efficiency and improved administration, employee, staff, and customer relations.</subfield>
