AB  - The study commenced by gathering medical terms from the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) website, which have complete data, including term relationships.  The terms were first translated using translation tools ranked and suggested by the authorities of the topic.  Through lexicography, terms were validated. No medical and non-medical professionals were the respondents in this study. From the one hundred sixty-four terms gathered, 149 have equivalent Tagalog translations while 15 have no equivalent Tagalog terms.
AB  - A list of policies and guidelines was formulated to solve some issues of translation before coming up with the final thesaurus entries. The result was satisfactory since there were many translated terms which will be useful to both medical and non-medical practitioners.
