AB  - The WebPLC is a PC-Based Programmable Logic Controller that fully implements the functions of a "real" PLC. The main difference is that it provides a user-friendly, graphical interface, called VisualPLC, which can be accessed using any browser like Netscape or Internet Explorer to replace the console. It is visual because instead of keying in the mnemonic code, the user just draws the ladder diagram itself and expects to get the same result. Being visual in nature, it can also be used as a monitoring device.
