Residual use of the refugee processing center in Morong, Bataan as a National Youth Center for the Kabataang Barangay

This study specifically seeks to : 1. discover the residual use of the Refugee Processing Center (RPC) as a National Youth Center; 2. show the flexibility and applicability of the RPC as a NYC; 3. furnish information for use in the future design of the RPC as a NYC.
