AB  - The data gathering instrument was a questionnaire checklist on two aspects of a library program, namely library resources and library services.
AB  - The following hypotheses were tested: 1) There is a significant difference in the teachers' and librarians' perceptions of library resources and services; 2) There is a significant difference in the perceptions of library resources and services of teachers by grade level taught.

AB  - The study aimed to determine the strength and weaknesses of the school library resources and services of the 17 private elementary schools in the Cordillera Autonomous Region. The study attempted to answer the following: 1) What are the teachers' and librarians' perceptions of their library's resources and servicesn 2) Is there a significant difference between the teachers' and librarians' perceptionsn 3) Do teachers' perceptions vary with the grade level taughtn 4) What can be done to improve the school library resources and services included in the studyn
AB  - To test the hypotheses, The chi-square was used to compare the perceptions of the teachers and librarians on library resources and services. The t-test was utilized to compare the perceptions of teachers by grade level taught on library resources and services.
