Development and validation of an instrument to measure characteristics associated with teacher effectiveness
The main aim of the study is the development of an instrument which will measure the characteristics generally associated with effective teaching. The instrument is intended to screen potential teacher trainees and to assess the teaching effectiveness of pre- and in-service teachers.
