Wine production from different species of seaweed.
This study specifically aimed to test and compare the wine production of Gracilaria verrucosa, Kappaphycus alvarezii, and Kappaphycus striatum based on the physicochemical evaluation. The best seaweed wine produced was also determined through sensory evaluation.
