<subfield code="a">The City of General Trias acknowledges the importance of information and communication technology (ICT) in molding the city's future and plans to construct an ICT Literacy and Competency Development Training Center. This study provides an outlook of the planned training center, its goals, and the possible advantages it would deliver to the city's citizens, companies, and economy in the future.

The goal of this study is to determine the viability of constructing the training center and to identify critical characteristics that contribute to its success. The research looked into a variety of topics, including training program content, delivery methods, financing sources, and possible advantages. Understanding these elements allowed this study to design a complete training program suited to the individual demands of General Trias.

Computer literacy, digital communication, internet navigation, software applications, and data management are among the ICT skills and competencies covered by the suggested training curriculum. To guarantee that participants learn the skills required to flourish in the digital economy, an emphasis is made on relevancy, industry standards, and keeping up with evolving technology.

The ICT Literacy and Competency Development Training Center of the City of General Trias has enormous potential for boosting digital literacy and skill development among its inhabitants. The city hopes to create a future-ready workforce, recruit technology-driven enterprises, and stimulate innovation and economic growth by constructing this center. The findings of this study will guide the construction and execution of the training center, assisting General Trias in becoming a digitally empowered city ready for the challenges and possibilities of the digital era. The future of this center was developed through scenario building.</subfield>
