   <subfield code="a">The research is an evaluation of the leadership of Innabuyog-Gabriela as perceived by its Regional Executive Committee and member organizations in Baguio City. The main objectives are to evaluate the leadership practices of Innaboyog's Executive Committee, to assess the perception of member organizations regarding Innabuyog's leadership and to illustrate the current situation of Filipina organizers as experienced by Innabuyog. The study was shaped by Goleman's classification of leadership styles. Dramaturgical Theory and Third World Feminism. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used to collect data as well as participant Observation. Key informants interviews were conducted to five (5) Executive Committee members (ECMs), whereas survey method was applied to member organizations. ECMs were interviewed separately at different locations. Each of the three(3) member organizations -KMU Women's Worker Committe, Samahan ng mga maralitang kababaihan na nagkakaisa (SAMAKANA) and Lesbians for National Democracy (LesBond)- has a total pf 15 respondents having five (5) representatives each. The survey form contained 5-point likert scales and categorical questions to measure member's perception on leadership. Snowball, sampling was applied. The ECM interviews were transcribe, whereas members' responses were culled and tabulated.It was discovered that Innabuyog's strength lies with its democratic and coaching leadership styles. Both styles were combined with a visionary approach which makes Innabuyog aligned with its progressive orientation. The study has also shown that Innabuyog has arrived at a clear &quot;definition of the situation&quot; regarding the nature of women's struggle i.e. women's liberation is integral to the wider national democratic movement. Lastly, it was revealed that although member's responses were mostly congruent with its leaders', there were concerns on the current state of its membership and succession.</subfield>
