This study carried the main purpose of identifying the SPC sisters' attitude towards aging and retirement from active apostolate in Korea and in the Philippines. The specific objectives are:1. To assess the attitudes of sisters toward aging and retirement from active apostolate. Thus, Filipinos who enter the religious life have this edge over their Korean counterparts who, because of cultural considerations, go to school later, stay longer in school, and are not very keen in finishing a career, because they are more oriented to stay home while the males work. Most Koreans who enter the convent are half-through in their college degrees and complete their education inside the convent.
