<subfield code="a">Every nurse ought to know how well their performance is in the clnical area. That is, nurses must be constantly updated of their clinical performance so as to keep track of their duties and responsibilities. Likewise, every school ought to know how well their graduates are performing in their field of practice. Going over the library, there is not a single study done about the graduates of Emilio Aguinaldo College or EAC. Because of the relevance of assessing the graduates' clinical performance, the interest has led to the formulation of the following research problem. This study mainly aimed to see the relationship of the college academic achievement, the Integrated Nursing Comprehensive Licensure Examination (INCLE) Rating, and the clinical performance of some EAC graduates. This study focused solely on the Emilio Aguinaldo College nursing graduates currently working at the Medical Center Manila. The study utilized an "ex-post facto", non-experimental research design. This research design was used to identify interrelationship or association between two variables, that is, a tendency for variation in one variable to be related to variation in another. A sample of 15 registered staff nurses and five head nurses participated in the study. They were chosen based on a set criteria. In this case, an association is being looked into college academic achievement and integrated nursing comprehensive licensure examination and clinical performance. Using the product-moment correlation coefficient, the findings showed that there is no relationship between college academic achievement and the INCLE rating. Also, there is no relationship between college academic achievement & INCLE rating to the clinical performance of EAC graduates. Using the t-test for independent samples, the findings showed that there is congruence between the self-rating and head nurse rating of the clinical performance of EAC graduates. The ratings were compared on the six components of the duties and responsibilities of a staff nurse at the Medical Center Manila. The mean rating of the staff nurses to their clinical performance was 1.4. The mean rating of the head nurses to their staff nurses clinical performance was also 1.4. The computed t-value was 0. The study recommended that future studies should include recipients of care as evaluators of clinical performance. The views regarding clinical performance can be widened and more objective if there are more evaluators of care. A look should be directed to identify other variables that may help to enhance clinical performance aside from college academic achievement and integrated nursing comprehensive licensure examination. Also, a longer time allotment for data collection might refine the assessment on the nurses' clinical performance.</subfield>
