   <subfield code="a">This study aimed to find out the conflict management styles among ethnic groups in Triple S and B Community. The descriptive method was utilized with the aid of a questionnaire. A purposive sampling was utilized to get the total 681 respondents. There were 4 conflict resolution styles tested, and it was found out that the Muslim group practices collaborating style, Christian group practiced the accommodating and compromising styles, while the Subanen practiced the compromising style of dealing conflicts. It was further found out that there was a significant difference on the management of conflict among minorities in Triple S and B when grouped as to age, gender, ethnicity, educational attainment, occupation, religious affiliation. It is therefore concluded that the Triple S and B community preferred the compromising style of managing conflict and there was significant difference on the cultural variations when grouped according to age, gender, educational attainment, and religious affiliation. There was significant difference on the management of conflict among minorities in triple S and B, considering the age of the respondents, when grouped by ethnicity, educational attainment, according to occupation, when grouped by religion, and when grouped according to cultural minorities.</subfield>
